2.在接下来的四个月的时间内,在部门1和部门2分别呆两个月的时间,和部门的技术人员一起工作,学习.发现自己的不足,提高自己的工作能力和水平.
3.在这段时间内,如果部门1或者部门2 有设备方面的问题,争取通过自己能够解决处理问题,如果自己解决确实有困难,求助国内/外技术支持部门.
4.协助配合部门主管做好工作.

1. In the first month, I'll mainly get familiar with the works and technicists of the two departments and the major problems ,which may occur in normal production ,of the equipments, in order to get ready for my future work. I'll take turns between Department 1 and Dep.2 weekly.
2. In the following four months, I'll spend my time in Dep.1 and Dep.2 for two months respectively and work and study with the technicists, so that I can find out my weakness adn improve my working ability and level.
3. During this period, we'll try to solve the problems by ourselves if there's any related to the equipments. Whereas, we'll turn to domestic/external technical support department for help if the problems are out of our imagination.
4. I'll assist and assort the department manager to arrange the work well.
5. I'll summarize my work monthly to find out the gain and loss.
6. I'll pay return visits on schedule weekly , in order to find out the problems and solve them.
