I found the internet ,and someone says it will take 15 working days.so the only thing i can do now is waiting for it.btw,no matter the parcel whether or not i can reveive it ,thank you all the same! you know,there is no jury will give volunteer parcel when they came back .So i'm very proud of it.ahahah~It means BOB and MEGAN don't forget me ~

第一句就是Chinglish,我不得不这么说,你想表达的意思是：很长时间不联系了是吧,地道的English说法应该是：
It's been quite long since we contacted each other.
I think you start working this month,so you may very busy now
这句最好改成：I think you will start working this month,so you may be very busy again.
unfortunately -> Unfortunately (句首U大写）
I found the internet ,and someone says it will take 15 working days
found是已经“找到”,你要表达的是“搜索、查过”,时态也有些问题,建议改成：
I have searched through internet and was told by someone that it would take 15 working days to arrive.
btw -> BTW
no matter the parcel whether or not i can reveive it
it不能再用,这句话有语法错误,应该为：no matter whether I will receive the parcel or not,
there is no jury will give volunteer parcel
少了从句关联词,而且parcel前没有冠词没有变化,改为：there has never been a jury who gives a volunteer the parcel

As a matter of fact,I have been studying IELTS since last month.I am going to have a further study in Australia as a freshman.Do you know IELTS (International English Language Testing System)?It's a testing system to test the language level of a student from non-English spoken countries,which I think is very difficult.Most students spend half a or one year preparing for this test,while it will only be 10 days left for me to take the test and I only spent less than one month on preparation for it.Furthermore,I want to study in the Major of Communication,which requires a higher score.I am a little worried about the result.I have to decide now whether to give up taking the national University Entrance Admission Exam.So I am a bit confused now.But if I could be able to study abroad,I would have to work part time to make my own living.Once I could make money from the part-time job,I would go to see you,haha.
