Fugen Castle:This castle was built on Y1558.Although it has been closed in Y1593,huge stones and the statue of statue of Goddess of Mercy still remain.
Yu-Yu information center:The information center is a two- storied building resembling a godown,called a 'dozo-zukuri',which means a house built like a kura,with the walls covered in mud.The first floor is a resting room with many kinds of sightseeing brochure and Iwami Ginzan introduction video,the second floor is history reference room,displaying commodity which used by wealthy merchants and samurai and the tools which used in ports before.
Fudanotsuji:The first magistrate in Iwami Ginzan Nagayasu Ohkubo announced to exempt residential property tax permanently for industry promotion.This is the place where the announcement board was built.
Sainen-ji Temple:It is Buddhism temple located in Yonotsu.It was originally established by Mōri Motonari,who was a prominent daimyō in the west Chūgoku region of Japan during the Sengoku period of the 16th century.In the courtyard of this temple,the Red Plum trees of Mōri Motonari’s own planting are still in bloom.
Kongouin temple:This temple,having Kōyasan Shingon-shū (a Japanese grouping of Shingon Buddhism) as its principal image,was in the middle of Yunotsu and moved to current location in Y1760.
