解决方法：开始-运行-输入dxdiag-确定-调到显示,看driectX3D加速功能是否都启用了
如果没启用全部启用就OK了
指定请求不被支持
是说现在进行中的软件程序不支持16bit或者32bit的颜色质量.这种情况多数和你的显示方面有关.
