The beginning was called "Empire Day".In 1948,"the Empire Day" was abolished.
Since 1952,a people's social campaign thrived.As a result,"the Empire Day" was revived as "the National Day" in 1966.That we "develop a heart to love a country in celebration of the founding of a country" is defined as it's purpose.
