GENERAL:
This Test Record covers the addition of PC surface to the Recognition of “LABEL-T20-100WPF”.
The test results reported relate only to the items tested.
SAMPLES:
Samples of the products as indicated below,were submitted by the manufacturer for examination and test.The individual material layers and thicknesses were examined to ascertain that they were constructed as described in this Report.
The manufacturer furnished samples of “LABEL-T20-100WPF” label printed with Shenzhen Caihe Printing Ink Science And Technology Co.,Ltd,type “MB SERIES” in Letterpress printing in black,red,yellow and blue inks.
Smooth,flat,and rigid test panels were provided by UL.
EXPOSURE CONDITIONS (USR):UL 969 METHOD
The following exposures were conducted.

The results of this investigation,including construction review and testing,indicate that the products evaluated comply with the applicable requirements in UL 969,“Standard for Marking and Labeling Systems”,Fourth Edition,Revised November 24,2008,and therefore,such products are judged eligible to bear UL’s Mark as described on the Conclusion Page of this Report.Any information and documentation involving UL Mark services are provided on behalf of Underwriters Laboratories Inc.(UL) or any authorized licensee of UL.
