诺贝尔奖的由来
　　阿尔费里德·伯恩纳德·诺贝尔,1833年10月21日生于瑞典首都斯德哥尔摩.他没有妻子、儿女,连亲兄弟也去世了.诺贝尔发明了炸药,取得了成千上万的科研成果,成功地开办了许多工厂,积聚了巨大的财富.在即将辞世之际,诺贝尔立下了遗嘱：“请将我的财产变做基金,每年用这个基金的利息作为奖金,奖励那些在前一年为人类做出卓越贡献的人.”根据他的这个遗嘱,从1901年开始,具有国际性的诺贝尔创立了.诺贝尔在遗嘱中还写道：“把奖金分为5份：
　　一、奖给在物理学方面有最重要发现或发明的人；
　　二、奖给在化学方面有最重要发现或新改进的人；
　　三、奖给在生理学和医学方面有最重要发现的人；
　　四、奖给在文学方面表现出了理想主义的倾向并有最优秀作品的人；
　　五、奖给为国与国之间的友好、废除使用武力与贡献的人.”
　　1969年,诺贝尔奖新设了5个奖.1969年,诺贝尔新设了第6个奖——诺贝尔经济学奖
　　1901年诺贝尔基金委员会正式成立.委员会设物理、化学、生理学与医学、文学和和平等五个小组,分别对世界各国在上述领域有突出成就的人进行遴选.瑞典皇家科学院负责评定诺贝尔物理学奖、化学奖和后来增设的经济学奖；斯德哥尔摩卡罗琳医学院负责评定生理学和医学奖；瑞典文学院负责评定文学奖；而诺贝尔和平奖则由瑞典议会来评定,这就是诺贝尔奖的由来.
　　从1901年诺贝尔奖首次颁奖到1997年止,共有448人获诺贝尔科学奖.
