Type of pallet:
Crates – Products standing in pallet
According to packing drawing CAHZB-0063A
Palleting requirements:
Maximum weight per pallet.= 1,2 ton
Maximum outside dimensions of pallets = No maximum
Maximum layers of products = 1 Layer
Each pallet can only contain one item number.
Pallets must be spaced with minimum 100mm from floor to bottom of pallet.
Top and front of pallets must be closed with screws only – screws must not be hammered in
Pallets must be constructed so they are strong and sturdy to prevent damage during transport
Pallets must be dry within humidity level of 15% – and contain no traces of mildew
Packing of part item numbers:
Individual packing 2pcs.in 5mm double layer white carton,carton is strapped with 3x white plastic strips
INSIDE CARTON all edges protected with Styrofoam + Foil between the glass
+ 1 set magnetic lists ( 1 left + 1 right ) 6A002 180 Degree white
2x boxes ( 1x left + 1x right )
PE must be used for spacing the glass from pallet on all sides and bottom.
The products must be standing on the pallet
The pallets must be tight to the products – to ensure glass can’t shift on pallet during transport
The Products are delivered cleaned.
The whole quantity of the products has to be wrapped in polybag for weather protection.
Silicone bags must be placed inside box to prevent water damage
Labelling of pallets:
Labelling of pallets according to Compfittglas A/S standard pallet labels
All pallets must be marked with labels on all 4 sides
Labels are attached to pallets with nail gun – to ensure labels can’t fall off during transport
Labelling of products:

Loading of container:
Pallets must be loaded into container so they can easily be taken out with forklift
Pallets must be stabilized in container so they can’t shift during transport
