Nowadays,many students always go into raptures at the mere mention of the coming life of high school or college they will begin.unfortunately,for most young people,it is not pleasant experience on their first day on campus.The latest surveys show that quite a few children have unpleasant associations with homework.No one can deny the fact that a person’s education is the most important aspect of his life.
In fact,it is unhealthy for them to spend all of time on their study.as an old saying goes:all work and no play makes jack a dull boy.
The internet has changed our life
Before the Internet was widely used,our life was dull and simple.When we was free,we listened to the radio at home .Perhaps we went to see a film on foot or by bus.It took us a lot of time to do shopping.
Now the Internet has changed our way of life.We can do a lot of things through it.For example,we can order books or buy clothes through an online bookstore or shop.The online services are developing fast.As a result,our life is becoming more and more convenient.Students can also make full use of the Internet because it is a source of information.If you need some information,you just link your computers to the Internet and will be able to find the information easily.
However,many students are fond of playing online games,They feel computer games are so exciting.They can't control themselves and spend most of their spare time playing them.It will be harmful to them.
I think the Internet is a great invention.As students,we should make the best use of it.Let the Internet be our servants,not masters.

People deal with pressure in a variety of different ways, but we need to understand the significance of pressure in order to cope with it.
Usually pressure stems from the fear of failure. Fear of failure comes from the reactions we have seen in others or ourselves when we don’t excel at something. That fear then continues to build pressure in us when confronted with the same situation over and over again. These kinds of reactions form a belief in us. It’s not that we believe we’ll fail but we know that the reaction to failure is uncomfortable or unpleasant.
Under pressure, good pressure performers and poor pressure performers differ in two main ways:
1. Good pressure performers operate in a peak stress state under pressure. They experience the pressure as a challenge and they move into their peak stress state. This is a state of energy and intensity at which they perform their best.
2. A top performer will see pressure as a positive thing. It’s their chance to shine. The poor performer will see pressure as a negative thing and will begin worrying about the possible negative reaction to a failed outcome. This makes success highly unlikely.
