Should New Teachers and Doctors Be Sent to Rural Places?
Undoubtedly,more emphasis has been placed on the city development,and as a result,people there are living a happy life.They enjoy good schools and medical facilities.Their children can go to key colleges and even go overseas for further education.Hower,in rural areas,especially in some mountain villages,the situation is quite different.People there live a poor life.They cannot have good education and can not have good treatment when they are ill.Many children and teenagers are out of school.Many people die because of the poor medical conditions.
Different people hold different atittudes towards the problem.Some suggest that new teachers and doctors should be sent to rural places for several years.Others,however,believe every one has the free right to choose where to work.
In my humble opinion,I agree that new teachers and doctors should be encouraged to work in the rural places so as to improve the bad situation in the rural places.The reasons are as follow.The teachers and doctors can help the people out.They can help train more good teachers and doctors,increasing the teaching quality.The children there can be well educated and the patients can have good treatment.
Hower,to encourage the teachers and doctors to work in the rural places is one thing,but how to do it is another.Generally speaking,teachers are not willing to work in rural places,neither are doctors.So,some effective measurs are needed,one of which is that our government should pay great attention to it.Teachers and doctors should be offered a high salary and working condition.
People,wherever they come from,are all Chinese.They certainly have the same rights to share the same good schools and medical facilities.

In the 21st century, our living standards are improving thanks to new technologies. But still, most people living in rural places don't even have the most basic medical facilities and schools. Because of this, some people believe it is a good idea to send new teachers and doctors to those places. However, others don't agree and think that every one should choose where to work themselves.
Granting and assigning new teachers and doctors to countryside may have some benefits. Besides improving the education and medical quality there, this practice can help foster a sence of social and professional obligation for those new teachers and doctors. During their stay in the village, they are able to experience the first-hand materials and facts about the drawbacks there, which can inspire a host of professionals to commit themselves to the cause of enhancing rural education and medical quality. Also, the miserable living and working environment can temper these young souls,making them beng more tenacious and pertinacious to hardship than their counterparts in the cities.
However, this is an age of pursuing democracy and every one should have his own right to choose where to work. Only in this way can one work with satisfaction and devote himself to his profession. This free choice in workplace is easier for them to make professional achievements and brings them more space for career development. Otherwise, they maybe slack off in their position.

it is the popular problem that some children in rural places cannot have good education and medicine care. consequently, some people claim that new licisenced teachers and doctors should go to these place for several years. and i do not agree with this statement
As new teahers and new doctors neglect practice, they may give those children wrong or improper directions, which can make more social problems such as school voilence, medical accident and so on. Firstly, as a teacher, one must have not only abundance knowledge but also the ability of emotion control, which need to be trained for a long time. And when a young teacher lose his/her patience of children, it may trigger school violence. As this kind of violence events reported several times in the past years, which mostly happened in the rural places. Secondly, in China, a doctor should be trained thoroughtly except for completing compulsory course. According to a survey two years ago, it takes three years at least on becoming a special doctor from a common doctor. And there are different sorts of diseases,so it is the problem for new doctors to give a treatment in an effective way.
From a helicopter view, our society need new blood to create a new way of working which is enough effective to obtain new benefits like improving the leve in the field of education and medicine and to adapt to the development of the world. Therefore, I hold the statement of making newcomers stay with specialists.
As discused, it is apparent that the better way to solve the problem of education and medicine care in rural places is to sent specialists there, resulting to avoid some social problems.
