过去完成时（had）一般不单独使用,但是——
把has改为had to（而不是had）,后面的from 1 to 3 o'clock不用管,原句即为Mr Green昨天下午一点到三点不得不修车
had to作为have to固定用法的过去时,to后接原型,mend正好
Mr Green had to mend his car from 1 to 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon.
Mr Green mended his car from 1 to 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon.
has mend ---------had been mending
Mr Green had his car mended from 1 to 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon.
有yesterday afternoon应该是过去时，那么前面的动词应该是过去完成时，要把has改为had
因为后面有明确的时间状语from 1 to 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon.
所以不能用现在完成时（现在完成时是强调以前做过的事对现在的影响，不是强调动作的时间），所以把has去掉变成一般过去时就哦了 Mr Green has mend his car from 1 to 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon
