Many fear the Internet because of its disadvantage.They claim not to use the Internet because they are simply not interested or are afraid of the possible consequences.Children using the Internet has become a big concern.When children talk to others online,they do not realize they could actually be talking to a person who may harm them later.There are many examples that children have been convinced to meet people they have talked with online.
The most common thing the Internet is used for is research.Children and students are among the top ones who use the Internet for research.Today,it is almost required that students use the Internet for research.Another popular thing to do on the Internet is to check out the news.Aalmost all-local news can be got through the Internet.

Nowadays,with the rapid development of the techology,we can easily find the great advance in our communicating machines: Internet is one of the most useful ones.Undeniably,the Internet is a helpful tool for us to solve many problems,but the bad sides could not be ignored either. People hold different ideas towards whether the middle school students should go on the internet.here listed the different attitudes:
Some people favor it as it is really a fantastic machine that we can uesd to improve our ability,we will search the information,watch the movie,listen to the music, communicate with our distant friends and families and so forth by the Internet.For these aspects,it is quite convenient.
but the others disgree it as it do brings a lot of harm to the students, the students spend much time on the games, they were buried in the virtual world then continuely fighted for the unrealistic people. it was reported that many children died because of too long surfing on the internet. Moreover, the computer is bad for our eyes,we may feel tired and dazzled after long time's surfing. It reduced students' grade and dispressed their parents.
As far as i am concerned, the advantages and the disadvantages should both be taken into our considerations. If we can use the internet appropriately,we will be able to have a controll of this tool, it will become positive and helpful.
