As is known to us all,a person's growth calls for many factors,such as the surroundings he lives in,the friends he have and the education he receives.But above all,hardship experience is in essential and of great importance.
Hardship experience means hard life,hard time,setback and so on.It can help a student to grow.It can develop his good quality and help him learn how to face trouble or a setback.A student who lives a hard life is more independent,for he has nobody to rely on.In order to live,he has to do everything himself.In the beginning,he may not get used to it,but as times goes on,he can manage.A setback is also of great value for a student.It can make him stronger.He can draw a lesson from it and become maturer.
On the contrary,if a student is always living in a rich famiy,without anything to worry about or hardship,he won't grow mature.He has parents do everything for him.He never uses his head or hands.He never cares for others.He can just eat and play.A person like that is always considered to be a kid though he is a grown-up in age.

Students these days are oblivious to the current society. The abundance of luxury and materialistic needs are giving students a false perspective of the society. Many who live in the middle class and above are approaching the world without true knowledge.
Without hardships, students are more likely to approach the world with a lazy attitude and gives up easily.
People who have face hardships are more likely to succeed when placed in society is because they learn not to give up. They are more energized and approach each problem seriously whether small or large. They learn to manage their money wisely, because they don't want to make the same mistake or face the same situation again. These people are more likely to survive in a world where only strong people are likely to survive.
Young students are clueless on how the world functions unless they've been through there. People who have experience on the cruelty are able to succeed if face with a positive attitude and have the motivation to succeed. For example, one who has been belittled by the manager may work harder and be motivated to pass the manager. If he did, he will feel the sense of pride and strive to work hard better. Hardships are motivations for students to succeed and gain confidence. They provide experience that are useful and allow students to realize how to survive.
In the current economic situation, students often rely on parents in the end and become burden for their family. Without hardships, students are unable to accustom reality and life as a student.
