1. Such being the case是一个固定短语,意思是“事实/情况既然如此”.
此题考查独立主格结构.It being such the case貌似正确,但是such不能修饰the case,如果是such a case还差不多.
such可作代词,当然也可以做此独立结构的逻辑主语.
2. get是使役动词,宾语plenty of work和宾语补足语动词do之间明显为被动,所以当然用其过去分词形式done.
get sb/sth to do sth意思是“使得某人/某物做某事”,要求宾语sb/sth和宾补do之间为主动关系.
3. 答案：Not having
楼主要死死记住一点：非谓语中现在分词的否定式,就是在含有-ing形式的单词前面加上not.
而Having not been中not的位置明显有误,not应该放在having的前面.
且句子主语he和非谓语动词finish之间为主动关系.但是having been finished表示被动,having finished才是表示主动,所以此题正确答案也可以是：Not having finished.
4. 此题两个答案都错误,正确答案可能是：While sb was/were performing.
