Business fascinates me, and finding out what it is that makes a successful business and a successful businessman has always intrigued me. My dream is to pursue a career in business, either my own, or, as team player in an already established business.
While working as a real estate agent I learned that marketing is an important part of an agent's success, and I understood then that marketing strategies play an enormous role in all successful businesses. This led me to do an internship in marketing and during that internship I became aware of the myriad factors besides marketing which impact businesses.
Studying marketing, I soon realized how much more I needed to learn about business. I have the curiosity, zeal, and the desire to succeed. I also have excellent people skills. I believe that an MBA will provide me with the knowledge and tools I need to round out my business education.
I look forward to learn how to put together a business plan, and afterward, how to proceed to implement the plan. I am also looking forward to learning and training in other exciting areas such as operations and risk management.
This is an exciting time for me. I am grateful to have the time and the opportunity to be able to pursue my education. Given the current economic situation and/or working in most jobs outside of real estate, I would not perhaps have had the time to do and I therefore do not take lightly this opportunity to learn.
My hope is therefore, that an MBA, together with hard work will make me an asset to any company, and that later on, with enough experience, it will allow me to become the best I can be at building and running a successful business of my own. I believe this will allow me to provide jobs for others and contribute to this great country's economy.
