前面是be动词,后面是行为动词,所以不能只是用so+be+主语或者so+do/does+主语回答,所以AB都不正确
之所以D对,是因为it这个代名词代替的是整个状况,也就是说it代替了was born in America and speaks english beautifully的整个状况.so it is with michael chen意思就是：这个(was born in America and speaks English beautifully)的状况对Michael Chen 来说也是一样的.
neither的话,就是：
-Charles Chang was not born in America and does not speak English beautifully.
Neither it is for Michael Chen.
