我认为应该是第四个，因为如果宾语是人的话，应说believe in sb.指相信某人。
而believe的宾语应该是物如语言，承诺，事实等。trust一般指信任某人。

believe in sb. 是指相信某人的人品等方面.比believe程度深.
而trust表信任.D
