Q1:用they的话就会产生一个新的句子呀.而逗号是不可以接一个新句子的.典型的run-on sentence.
"also occationally are dealing",也是啊,are dealing 这个现在进行时态也用得不对.
Q2:不用加连词的,因为前面是由although引导的从句,后面本来就有一个but的意思,不过被省略了而已.
Q3:如果是C的话,根据修饰的就近原则,that affects 修饰的仅仅是atmosphere,而句意应该是海洋与大气的相互关系影响了气候.
