媒体是让公众了解公共信息和发表意见的主要渠道,媒体的监督对司法独立有促进作用,蛋同时媒体和司法之间也存在着冲突.本文从媒体监督和司法独立之间的冲突出发,结合二者之间的关系,提出一些针对性的措施,来平衡二者这件的关系：一是司法应对媒体监督的措施,而是媒体应建立规范的媒体监督制度机制.
