一是,女性在生理方面的性别特点,会增加劳动成本；
二是,在传统的社会角色上,女性往往要承担整理家务、照顾老人小孩等重担,很难像男性一样“以事业为重”；
三是,重男轻女的传统性别观念,如“竞争意识弱”、“综合素质低”等成见.
我觉得这是对女性的一种不公平,虽然在身体素质方面男性是优于女性,但如今的大部分女性是自强自信的并且细心、聪明善学,有很多优点是男性不具备的.现在不是也存在一部分的女强人吗?女强人就是能工作家庭兼顾的成功女性.再说了,关于生理方面,这是无法改变的,能拿来作为歧视的原因吗?
本话说现在是一个男女平等的社会,但现实就是存在这样的歧视.虽然这种观念存在多时,不可能一下就转换过来,但我仍希望能有更多的人意识到：男女是平等的不论那种场合,而且女性要在社会上立足也需要你们的尊重与支持.当然,女性想要立足于这社会,自己要注重加强自身素质和能力的培养,转变陈旧的就业观念,树立新型的、科学的择业观念,当出现问题时靠实力去应对,要比本末倒置的忙碌更重要,比一味的抱怨更有用.
