However,we need your confirmation of the purhase of the rest 3000pcs goods or we may be unable to deliver the goods before Chinese New year(we will not deliver anything after 22 January).

As your QEs completed test and assessmentof a new PTR last week, we think your requirements can be basically met, but Ihave to ask for a confirmation as to whether or not you can purchase the remaining3000 pieces of materials, otherwise, I’ll have some trouble with shipmentbefore Chinese New year (No shipment is to be made after January 22nd.). Please acknowledge the receipt of the samples we provided and check it to seewhether any amendment is required in artwork, please note that no amendment isallowed when purchase is made.
