本文以YNX植筋胶(Tendon Glue)为聚合物基体,以凹士(Attapulgite)为无机组分来制备建筑植筋胶/凹凸棒土复合材料.
通过用凹凸棒土在不同加热温度和不同微波处理时间的条件下测量其失水率与吸水率的变化,以及用TGA和FT-IR谱图对其进行表征分析凹在不同条件下结构上的变化.确定凹土在450℃时失去其内部的结构水,加热温度为300℃的凹土和微波处理5min的凹土为改性的最佳实验点,并对所选取的最佳改性实验条件处理的凹凸棒土来填充改性YNX植筋胶,检验其力学性能.实验表明YNX植筋胶/加热处理凹凸棒土(温度300℃)复合材料的抗冲击强度和拉伸强度上都得到了增强,而YNX植筋胶/微波处理凹凸棒土(时间5min)复合材料的抗冲击强度和抗拉伸强度都有不同程度的减小.

Based YNX planting plastic (Tendon LED) for the polymer matrix,Au disabilities to (Attapulgite) for the preparation of inorganic components to the construction planting plastic / attapulgite clay composite material.Attapulgite is used in different temperature and different microwave processing time under the conditions measured water absorption and water loss rate changes ,and using TGA and FT-IR spectra were characterized its analysis of Au under different conditions structural changes.Au soil to determine at 450 ° C loses its internal structure of water,heating temperature of 300 ° C Au soil and microwave 5 minutes Au soil for the best experimental modified,also selected the best experimental conditions for modification of attapulgite clay to filling plastic YNX planting,test its mechanical properties.Experiments show YNX planting plastic / heating attapulgite clay (temperature 300 ° C) composite material impact strength and tensile strength has been enhanced,YNX planting and plastic / Microwave attapulgite clay (5 min) composite material impact strength and tensile strength of resistance have varying degrees of decrease.Keywords :attapulgite clay; Tendon glue; Composite materials; Heat treatment; Microwave Treatment
