作为一个日渐庞大的社会群体,新生代农民工融入城市社区是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求,对新生代城市社区融合现状的研究有利于加快我国新生代城市化的步伐,减弱“内卷化”带来的负面影响.本文以新生代农民工城市社区融合为切入点,以东莞市黄江镇为例,结合调查问卷结果,从经济、社会、文化心理三个层面对黄江镇新生代城市社区融合的基本现状进行了描述和分析,然后指出新生代城市社区融合困境的原因,最后对今后加快新生代城市社区融合的进程提出了一些相关的对策和建议：深化户籍制度改革,建立适合新生代农民工特点的社会保障制度；建立城乡统一的二元劳动力市场；加强职业教育培训,着力增强新生代农民工的竞争力；以社区文化为平台,架起农民工融入城市的桥梁；提高新生代农民工自身素质；发挥大众传媒的作用.

As an increasingly larger social group, the new generation migrant workers' blending themselves into urban communities is the inevitable requirement for building a harmonious socialist society. The study on current situation of communities fusion in new cities makes for
the acceleration of China's pace of urbanization in new generation cities and weakening the negative effects that are brought by "the state involution". This paper regards the new generation migrant workers in urban community fusion as the breakthrough point.By taking Huangjiang County in Dongguan for example and combining with the investigation questionnaire results, thie paper describes and analyzes basic present situation of the new generation of HuangJiangZhen urban community fusion from the economic, social and cultural psychology aspects, and then points out the the cause of the urban community fusion dilemma in new generation cities. In the end, the paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions about speeding up the process of the new generation city community fusion: deepening the household registration system reform and setting up the social security system that suiting the new generation migrant workers; establishing a consolidated urban and rural dual labour market; strengthening the professional education training and putting forth effort on enhancing the competitiveness of the new generation migrant workers; taking community culture as the platform, and setting up the bridge of migrant workers in cities;Improving new generation migrant workers quality;bringing the mass media into play.
