【摘要】 脂质体作为一种新型的载药系统,今年来得到广泛的应用和研究.评价脂质体质量的指标有外观、粒径分布和包封率等.其中包封率是衡量脂质体内在质量的一个重要指标.对于亲脂性药物,由于其对磷脂膜的亲和性,可以在制备过程中得到很高的包封率,还将肝素加入少量PBS成糊状,再加入商品化的Natipide Ⅱ空白脂质体,研磨后加入抗氧剂和防腐剂,加PBS稀释后即得.
