[摘要]:设计课题是基于MCGS的模拟锅炉温度控制系统的设计,利用MCGS工程组态软件良好的人机界面、数据采集功能,结合脚本程序编写的便利性,采用转换模块RS485/232接口建立MCGS上位机和锅炉内胆之间的数据通讯。利用MCGS良好的控制界面及模拟运行环境,运用脚本语言编写程序,采取PID算法实现对锅炉内胆水温的精确控制。实际运行结果表明,此方法使用简单可靠,可广泛应用于工业生产过程中的温度控制问题。此系统同样可以满足工厂对控制系统的需求,有着巨大的应用前景。

[abstract] :the design project is based on the MCGS simulation of boiler temperature control system design,using MCGS configuration software engineering,a good man-machine interface,data acquisition function,combined with the script programming convenience,RS485/232 interface conversion module is adopted to establish the MCGS data communication between PC and the boiler tank.Using MCGS good control interface,and the simulation run environment,using the scripting language to write programs,adopt PID algorithm to realize the accurate control of the boiler tank water temperature.Actual operation results show that this method is simple to use and reliable,and can be widely used in temperature control problem in the process of industrial production.This system can satisfy the requirements of factory control system,also has a great application prospect.

The design issue is designed to simulate the boiler temperature control system based on MCGS, the man-machine interface, data acquisition function of MCGS software with good, convenience of the script, the data communication module RS485\/232 interface of MCGS host computer and between the boiler liner. Good use of MCGS control interface and simulation environment, using the script language programming, using PID algorithm to achieve the precise control of the boiler liner temperature. The practical operation results show, this method is simple and reliable, can be widely applied to the temperature control problem in the industrial production process.
