我本来打算去大韩航空应聘乘务员的,可是临时决定不去了.所以我写的申请动机和入职规划用不着了,就当给你参考吧.
申请动机：
In fact,I am motivated by some very simple ideas and wishes of mine which are listed as following.
First,I have never been in a plane.Then it has always been one of my wishes to get into a plane and I would like to be in a plane for the first time as a stewardess rather than in a passenger capacity.A passenger always passes by,but a stewardess will always stay.
Second,as an English major student graduating from a foreign studies university,I’m interested in different cultures of foreign countries.As for Korea,a friendly neighbor of China,it must have something common and something different in its culture compared with China’s.I would like to experience all those culture shocks and exchanges by myself.
Third,I would to contribute my energy and passion to the vocation that I love in order to earn a decent wage.As a youth and the elder child of my family,I would like to develop my ability of working with different people and the spirit of service.And stewardess is the one I love.
入职规划：
Even if I can get this job,I am still a freshman in this vocation,which means I have a lot to learn.I must have a clear mind about what I need to do and what kind of person I want to be.
First,as a freshman,I will try my best to learn from those outstanding stewardesses and sum up my own experience through my careful working instead of trial and error.I will try to make a good teamwork with all my colleagues.I believe it will take a short time for me to grasp professional knowledge and skills of service and I can become an excellent employee soon.
Then,I will keep working hard in order to build up a graceful and gracious image of a stewardess.I don’t need fame,and I don’t need my passengers to know my name,all that I want others to know is I am the best representative of the stewardesses of Korean Air,which is also my pursuit.If some day I am really considered as so,I would like to apply for a position of Chief Stewardess and I will lead my team as I always lead myself.
At last,when I am aged and experienced enough,I want to become a trainer of the new stewardesses,of course if there is a kind of position offered.One person can do his or her job very well is still far from enough for the company,all of us need to contribute.I don’t mean I am the best example to them or they must learn from me.What I want to do is to provide some ideas and suggestions for them and to help them to grow up in the big family of stewardesses.
