3.10温度的手动设定
为方便用户在特定场合下的需要,本表的温度可以在(0~60)℃的范围内手动设定.一旦温度设定为手动后,显示屏上在温度值前面将有一个‘s’字,仪表也将在测量和标定时不监测被测溶液的实际温度,而以手动温度为准.具体设置方法见‘参数修改’子菜单.
第四章 仪表的标定
仪器开箱后由于出厂前已经进行了表定所以电极和电缆按要求安装后可以直接使用.但如果发现测量数值不准确则需对仪器进行标定.本标定过程也适用于平时测量当中发现不准确后的随机标定,一般本标定1-2个月进行一次
4.1标定前的准备
开箱后直接使用发现数值不准确可能是电极需要极化所致.
4.1.1用5%的无氧水(无水亚硫酸钠配制见第七章溶解氧监测仪的日常操作有配制方法)极化电极4小时以上.
4.1.2洗瓶1个,清洗电极使用.
4.2标定(用户使用中最常见的标定方式,初启动时建议采用一点标定)
4.2.1一点标定
按退出键进入主菜单,选标定一项按确认进入,按左键输入密码进入一点标定,见图10.按图时提示工作完成,按下键(▼)光标移到完成按确认进入下程序.修改大气压及空气湿度的菜单,见图11.

If exceed 4 minutes it will return to the measuring status automatically to aviod misoperation that after finish using a menu it won't go to the measuring status and cause the measuring terminate.
3.10 Manual set the temperature
For the convenience of using this instrument in a particular situation, we can manual set the temperature from 0-60℃. Once the temperature setting is in manual mode, there will be a word "s" before the temperature setting value on the display also the instrument will not monitor the acture temperature of tested solution when its in measuring and calibration mode, it will display the manual setting temperature. The detailed setting methord is showing in " parameter setting" submenu.
Chapter 4 Instrument Calibration
Because we have calibrated the instrument before ship it, so after installing the electrode and cables per instruction you can use it directly. If you find that the measured temperature is inaccurate you need to calibrate it. This calibration procedure also suitable for the ordinary measuring temperature inaccurate status. Normally we need to calibrate the instrument every 1 or 2 months.
4.1 Preparation for calibration
After uncrate it if you find that the measuring temperature is inaccurate probably the electrode need polarization.
4.1.1
Use 5% anaerobic water (compound of anhydrous sodium sulfite please refer to chapter 7 for the preparation methord ) to polariz the electrode for more than 4 hours.

Washing bottle 1 pc, used to wash the electrode
4.2 Calibration (The most common calibration methord is " one point calibration" , we suggest to use this calibration methord at startup.)
4.2.1 One Point Calibration
Press "exit" button and exit to the main menu, select " calibration" menu and press "enter" to enter the calibration menu, left click mouse and input the password to enter " One Point Calibration" , See figure 10. Finish thw work according to the figure prompt, Then presss (▼)the cursor will move to "Finish", press "enter " button to enter the next program to modify the atomosphere pressure and humidity. See figure 11.
