I was as a tools designer of CT workshop during first three months.Entering into the company less than ten days,I was on a business trip to Chongqing to deal with technical problems.Thing is like this.Xiamen ABB provided Supportive buckets,and requested us to assemble 66 CTs of 500kV.Due to the carelessness of tools manufacture and detection,the holes in the top of Flange surface came about dislocation relative to the bottom one,which led to the final assembly mistake on site in Chongqing.This looked like a small mistake.However,it directly reflected operators’ irresponsibility and quality inspectors’ negligence.To my viewpoint,the radical issue lies in distempered regime.We’ve no contract education that is indispensible to every personnel,so those personnel whoever do management job or do spot work lack consciousness of responsibility.It is very serious consequence that someone who makes a stupid mistake caused by no sense of responsibility often brings.So,high quality depends on how much detail we pay attention to.
