下面就是乱码了.具体情况是这样的，Ansys以前一直可以用，后来又装了个ADAMS，当时也都可以用，隔了一阵没用后突然发现Ansys不能正常启动而ADAMS却可以。现在Ansys再也装不上了。玩死我了。

这个问题貌似我在哪里碰到过,不过我肯定的是盗版软件的问题（不好意思啊,我用的正版,所以我不一定能解决您的问题）.楼主,您可以试一下根据下面的方法排除一下,如果不行我也没有招了,可能就要重新安装系统了（个人认为）：
1、检查系统时间是否有问题.
2、删除这个目录下的ANSYS文件夹：C:\Documents and Settings\username（这个指当前windows帐号的用户名）\Application Data\.这个文件夹是隐藏的,需要打开“显示隐藏文件夹”选项.
3、换一个windows帐号登录使用ANSYS.

开始程序里设置ANSYS Product Launcher
将working directory设置为一个已存在的文件夹即可，或许还有其他设置，我的是只改过这个出现的问题，之后OK
