另外有个小问题,她说之前猎头公司给她提供的是另一个部门的职位.但如果银行认为她适合我们部门的话,她很愿意根据银行的安排调整申请.

First of all,I do appreciate you for giving me such a good opportunity to know the situation of the interviewee.I made an phone interview wtih her in the morning through which I realized that she has some working experience about the work in the bank and also some basic knowledge about the operational mode and basic system in the bank's operation department.She also has the compliance and risk awareness while being able to summarize the lessons during the daily work to improve her business skills.
Through about 50 minutes' communication,my general conclusion is " basically accepted".If there is no other choice,we would like her to join our department.
Besides,there's a small issue.As she said that the head-hunting company offered her a position in another department.But if the bank thinks that she is suitable for our department,she will be willing to adjust the application according to the bank's arrangement.
