Partnership
In partnership with government counterparts, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), academic institutions and local villagers in our project areas, World Vision helps the poor communities break away from poverty and achieve sustainable development. Thanks to efforts in the past two decades, World Vision has not only won respect from local communities, but also established good relations with government counterparts and other NGOs.
Over the years, World Vision has worked with the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the State Council Leading Group of Poverty Alleviation and Development, ex-China International Centre for Economic & Technical Exchanges, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and other government units at county, prefecture and province levels; for non-government organizations and academic institutes, our partners include the China Charity Federation (CCF), Charity Federations in different areas, Soong Ching Ling Foundation, China Population Welfare Foundation, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Peking University, Tsinghua University and Youth College for Politics, etc.
On-site Monitoring
To ensure the quality of our projects and effective use of our funding, all World Vision projects are organized, implemented and monitored by our staff on site. The dedication and integrity of World Vision staff is also the key contributor to the success of our projects.
Community Participation and Sustainable Development
To promote sustainable development of impoverished communities upon the completion of World Vision's projects, World Vision encourages local people to participate in the whole process of development projects, from project design, implementation, monitoring to evaluation. Through participation and capacity building, they are empowered to have better knowledge and skills. As a result, long lasting improvement in their quality of life can be better secured.

历年来曾经合作的伙伴包括中国民政部、国务院扶贫开发领导小组办公室、前中国国际经济技术交流中心、国家民族事务委员会、省级及县级的政府单位；曾经合作的非政府机构及大学学术单位,包括中华慈善总会、各地慈善总会、宋庆龄基金会、人口福利基金会、中国社会科学院、北京大学、清华大学及中国青年政治学院等.

社区参与、持续发展
宣明会亦积极鼓励社区居民参与项目设计、执行、监督及评估工作,建立社区组织、管理及领导能力,以确保项目结束后,社区仍然有能力继续发展.透过鼓励社区参与宣明会的项目,促进社区群众能力提升,减少对外的依赖,最终达到自力更生,持续发展,持久地改善区内生活质素的目标.
