非常抱歉的告知您,贵公司的两位Inspector因为签证原因需要出境,重新申请中国签证.
Mr.Ee 和Mr.SEAH 都是持有”L”签证来SHRC监督工作,根据中国法律“L”签证只能在中国延期一次,延期期限为三十天.
SHRC已经按照中国的法律程序为两位Inspector办理了一次延期.
Mr.Ee的签证有效期到2009.12.24日；
Mr.Seah的签证有效期到2009.12.22日.
此后将不能在中国办理延期手续.
两位Inspector 需要出境,重新申请中国“F”签证.“F”可以在一年的有效期内,多次延期.
对于签证延期带来的工作上的不便,我们深感抱歉.

Very sorry to inform you that your company's two reasons to exit visa.Because,to apply for visas to Chinese.
Mr.Ee and Mr.SEAH are holding "L" visa to SHRC supervisory work,according to the Chinese law "L" visa extension time in China,the only time delay is 30 days.
According to China's laws SHRC has dealt with the procedures for the delay.Once.
Mr.2009.12.24 to Ee visa is:
Mr.2009.12.22 Seah of visa expires.
Then will not apply for an extension in China.
To exit,two."F" visa application in China."F" in the period of validity of the year may delay,many times.
For the visa extension of the work,we regret.

Thank you for your long-term support to my company .
Very sorry to inform you that two inspectors of your company need to departure to apply the Chinese Visa renewedly.Mr.Ee and Mr.SEAH came to SHRC as supervisor just with the "L" visa which can extend once only with the term 30 days according to Chinese Law.
SHRC had done the extention for them once by the Chinese Law.
Mr.Ee's visa is valid to Nov.24.2009 and Mr.Seah to Nov.22.2009.They can not apply the extention in China anymore.So, they need to leave China to apply newly China "F" visa which can be extended for many time during the one year validity .
We feel so sorry to bring you the unconvenience for the visa.And we are looking forward your precious suggestions.
