近年来,内部控制的信息披露引起了中外会计界的广泛关注.美国在经历了多年的自愿披露内部控制信息以后,己经强制要求上市公司提供内部控制信息.我国已要求公开发行证券的证券公司、商业银行、保险公司提供内部控制信息,对其他上市公司也有相关的披露要求.但是,我国关于内部控制信息披露的规定发布时间不长,研究仍处于初步阶段.因此,本文从分析财务报告质量和内部控制信息披露的关系入手,对进一步研究我国内部控制信息的披露有着非常重要的意义.

In recent years,the internal control and information disclosure caused extensive concern of the accounting profession.The United States experienced in the years of voluntary disclosure internal control information later,already forced listed companies provide internal control information.Our country has asked of securities for public issuance of securities companies,Banks,insurance companies provide internal control information,to other listed companies also have relevant disclosure requirements.But,our country on internal control information disclosure regulation issued time is not long,research is still in the initial stage.Therefore,this paper analyzes the quality of financial reporting and internal control information disclosure,the relationship of the internal control to further research the disclosure of information in China has very important significance.
