+beneficiary's certificate stating that all articles must be barcode item,and applicant references
additional.cond.47 b:
+if discrepant documents are presented to us,we will give notice of refusal and hold document at presenter's disposal.however,unless any prior instructions to the contrary are received,if we obtain a waiver of discrepancies,document may be released to the applicant.in such event we will have no liability to the presenter,in respect of such release.
in the event of discrepancies,a deduction of eur 60,00 or its countervalue in the l/c currency,plus swift charges,will be deducted from the remittance of proceeds.
