It is alleged by the research that/ Research shows that sports will make people stronger. We should do sports daily, eat more fresh fruit and vegetables but less or none of the junk food, such as fast food. It is a good idea not to smoke, drink or stay up late at all. Also, it is important to sleep and get up early in order to keep eight hours of sleeping every day.

We should reduce the use of devices that engender radiation to our body as well, such as cell phones and computers. In addition, it is a good idea to drink more water daily, for it in fact increases metabolic rate by allowing the liver function well. Never forget to check the nutrition table on the back of edible products before buying them; the table will tell you the concentration of each chemical ingredient, healthy or not. For instance, if there is too much saturated fat in a certain product, you should probably reconsider whether or not you are going to purchase it.

The research have shown us that doing sports can help us to become stronger,so we should do more exercise every day.
Also,we are ought to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables,while we should decrease or even better cut off the quantity of the junk food such as snacks that we take in.
No smoking nor drinking,going to bed as well as getting up early instead of stay-up to ensure that we have 8-hour sleep every day also help us to keep healthy.
Last but not least,maybe we should be more outgoing and make more friends,so that we can share our happiness and sorrow with them.Stay in good mood by listening to music,reading,travelling or anyway that we like.
Health is also a large wealth,so let's live with a heathy style~!
