Besides, a friend is always (add "a") good listener when you need one. After hear your sad stories, he will say some words that is (should be "are" because of "words" is a plural) nice and warm. Still, your happiness makes him happily (should be "happy") too. What’s more, a good friend is willing to offer the help to which (delete "to which", add "when" ) you need, or can at least give you some advices (should be "advice"). In a word, friends are those (add "who") you like and trust, and (add "who") you will enjoy every minute that you spent (delete "that you spent") with them (delete "them")..

After hear(hearing，after为介词，介词后跟动词现在分词形式) your sad stories, he will say some words that is(are，that引导定语从句，从句主语与主句宾语保持一致，此处即words，因此从句动词不可用三单形式) nice and warm. Still, your happiness makes him happily(happy) too. What’s more, a good friend is willing to offer the help to(to删掉) which you need, or can at least give you some advices. In a word, friends are those you like and trust, and you will enjoy every minute that you spent(spend主句为将来时，从句应与主句相差一个时态，此处应该用一般现在时) with them.
