1.能够在家中练习小提琴,周围邻居没有意见
2.我的朋友XXX和我希望一起合租在同一个套间的两个单间,家电比较齐全（冰箱,洗衣机...）,共用厨房、厕所和家电等.
3 暖气充足,有宽带能够上网,每人每月最多400欧元包含所有费用（水 电 气 网络费用 等）
4.离Hochschule für Musik Freiburg和EUer Sprachzentrum不远,交通方便
5.光线比较充足,但是房间不需要太大
6.允许抽烟
