货币资金是企业资产的重要组成部分,是企业流动性最强、控制风险最高的资产,也是唯一能够转换为其他任何类型资产的资产,它是企业生存和发展的基础,大多数的贪污、诈骗、挪用公款等违法乱纪的行为都与货币资金有关.因此,应建立货币资金的预算控制、完善货币资金的内部控制制度、实行不相容的职务相互分离制度、建立收入和支出环节的内部控制字厚度、强化货币资金的保管和控制、实行统一财务管理,防范资金风险.

money fund is an important component in capital assets.it has the greatest ability to flow and control risks.it is also the only asset that can be converted into any other forms of assets.it is the fundation for the survival and development of firms.because of these,and it is always related to many ilegal acts such as corruptions,fraud,misappropriation of public funds,etc.because of these,proper measures should be set up to control money funds budgets,to tighten the contorl of money funds'internal system,implement system that separate unrelated works,set up internal system to monitor income and payment process,strengthen the safekeeping and control of money funds and implement the uniform management of money funds to prevent risks.
