什么是面试技巧
据了解，这次大赛面试环节的设计是由20多家500强公司人力资源专家协助完成的，参考了宝洁、普华永道、GE、麦肯锡、花旗银行等各行业公司的招聘流程，同时在各个环节结合求职技巧的讲座及在线交流，评委主要通过选手们的英语口语、气质体现、演讲风格与技巧、商业市场分析、团队合作角色扮演等角度给选手评定分数。此次比赛采用了国际知名企业通用的A C 面试方法（即A sse ssm e n tC e n te r评价中心），和我国传统企业一对一、多对一的面试方法很不一样。
北京纽哈斯教育咨询有限公司的执行董事许轶表示，大赛主要是想为同学传授一套成熟的求职技巧，使广大同学熟悉知名企业的招聘流程和选拔标准，以良好的状态和成熟的心态应对求职挑战，获得满意的实习职位。
什么是面试技巧？中国农业大学就业指导中心的老师钟锦表示，所谓面试技巧就是在制作简历时知道如何突出自己的优势、特点，在面试过程中更清楚、更优秀地展现自己。
现就职于某世界500强企业、熟悉掌握AC面试的郭震说：“面试技巧就是你在面试过程中展现的成熟、专业的气质。可能因为能力有限不能很完美地解决问题，但你可以自如地应对各种突发状况，知道如何把握和分析问题。”
“超级实习”胜出者刘海堃认为，面试技巧能让你更好地展现自我展示与人沟通的细节礼貌问题，“在5分钟的时间内抓住评委、展现自己，这就是面试技巧”。
面试成绩100分，面试技巧占30％
“比赛过程中评委的点评，确实让我掌握了一定的面试技巧。”刘海堃谈到这次比赛的收获非常满意，他认为，外企招聘时应用的都是开放式的面试，形式多样，在有限的时间内考察应聘者的发散性思维，简单的模仿和表演在AC面试中会很轻易地被拆穿，所以对面试技巧的要求更高，需要以一定的能力作为基础，“我觉得面试技巧虽然不是面试成功最重要的因素，但它是基础性因素”。
通过超级实习比赛让选手掌握面试技巧也是超级实习比赛的初衷之一，许轶说：“面试需要训练，就像参加高考答题需要技巧一样。细节决定成败，面试技巧非常重要。”
郭震认为，如果面试成绩总分为100分,那么运气占10分,应聘者表现出来的气质风格、硬件能力和面试技巧各占30分。“在实力相当的情况下，面试技巧可以决定应聘者的成败；实力悬殊不大时，面试技巧可以拉近和对手的距离让人反败为胜。”他说，“我曾经接触过一个应聘者，他的口语能力在所有应聘者中并不优秀甚至是他的弱势，但是他凭借丰富的AC面试经验，最终脱颖而出。”郭震表示，现在很多用人单位要的是最适合的人而不是最优秀的人。纯熟的面试技巧可以展现应聘者成熟、专业的气质，以及在各种突发情况的应对反应。面试程序主要看的是老板是否欣赏你，这个环节强调的并不是你的工作能力。
“像‘超级实习’的PK决赛，这10名选手打败了2000多名选手走到最后，能力无可挑剔，这时候比的就是面试技巧。”郭震认为，要在竞争激烈的今天脱颖而出，应聘者应该提前掌握公司的风格和老板的性格、喜好去展示自己的才能。
在一年中参加了30多场面试被称为“面霸”的郭先生说：“有时候面试技巧就能决定一个人的命运。”郭先生说自己有个朋友在面试3天后给主办方打电话表示感谢，其实当时他已经被淘汰了，可是因为这一个电话，他最终被公司录取了。
面试技巧不是成功的惟一因素
不过也有人认为不同的行业对面试技巧、面试能力有不同的要求，不能一概而论。在某报社工作的张先生表示，能与人充分沟通当然是好事，可是当你拿出一叠作品的时候，别人自然就会认同你的能力。
钟锦也表示，掌握一定的面试技巧确实可以使学生更好地展示自己，但是面试技巧不是面试成功的惟一因素。面试最重要的是应聘者结合招聘岗位的要求展示自身能力，是综合素质的体现而不是通过包装、表演来伪装自己。而且面试技巧是自身综合能力的自然展现，不是几场面试技巧培训就可以迅速提高的。
