I would surely accept the job if I were offerred a job that is not related to my major.
Everybody needs experience,only if you find a work that has been studied for years in the university,you still need learn more,and practice with the work.Doing a work first whatever the work is will cumualte more working experiece,making ourselves matured,especially in this momment when jobs are pretty hard to find.
To some other extent,If a person could have more skills,it is very helpful for him or her in doing future work.Also some people transfer they jobs that are linked with their major,but they change their work in different fields,which are case for some famous people.
The typical example is that President Hu Jintao graduated from the Water Conservancy Engineering Department of Tsinghua University,majored in hub hydropower stations,but now works as the government leader of China,I would say he changed his major,but very helpful for his work now.
