* You pack ideally 24 pieces solid size/color per carton,and in no case less than 6 pieces solid size/color per carton.We will not accept shipment of any size-color that has less then 6 pieces left over.

A）我方接受的价格是原始订单中议定的FOB（离岸价）的40％,或LDP(完税价）的价格,如果这是份LDP订单,我们就确认,并且不再议价.
乙）请贸易代表拟定新的采购订单,新订单号码,相同的样式号即00A,这指特别预包装订单箱号,并且该号码要显示在订货单上的.在采购订单上需显示确切的货物数量和尺寸,并按下列条件装运：
*每箱中只能包装同样大小,一样颜色的货品,如00A包装所规定.
