因为either 是用在否定句中与not 一起构成否定的,一但没有了not也就不具备否定的含义了.不知道你明没明白

ME too所处的是肯定句，虽然意思表达是否定

either不能用于肯定句。

---我也是（我也不能出去）
如果选Me, either. 意思就说不通了

后一空 怎么可以填either呢？完全不对啊，
我也去就是me too
我也不去就是me neither
其他的都不对、
而第一个是前面有not。所以用either、

either表示也不，用于否定句。(too表示“也”，用于肯定句。)
【例如】
I don't like the yellow shirt, I don't like the green one, either.
neither (两者都不)。
Me,neither 表示我也不。

A说：无论什么情况，安娜都不能在晚上出去。你呢？
B说：我也是

因为下面要回答“我也不能去”，这个“不”字不能少，而第一个已经有can't（不能），其实有些地方就说not either=neither
