刚写完这个机经~
不过我写的是同意的,用了让步~嗯嗯
让步:不同观点可以create新颖的想法,(FYI,通过调查同样可以达到这个目的)
理由1:省时间,不用花时间to reach the agreement,因此可以focus more on目标
理由2:可以增进交流,大家愿意share 想法,可以避免不愉快.这样更容易成功
虽然和你的想法不同,但是觉得好像比较容易写
看了一下别人的,反对意见的是说
1.not practical to require that everyone in a team to have the same view
2.different views are needed to make progress or breakthrough.

think differently=①think creatively；②active mind；③passionate atmosphere. All of this could contribute for success.As for examples, you can depend on yourself.FYT!

第一，具有不同观点的人们可以集思广益，讨论选择更好的方案而不是只拘泥于一个。
第二，具有相同观点的人很容易group thinking，附庸一个不怎么样的方案

I do not agree with the statement that people holding different views cannot success at a team. A team just like a vat which emerge different dyestuff .Once mixing they together the beautiful colour will be created. Different view of those people as a team may have several advantages .First different views can motivate the imagination and create active atmosphere in one project at team. Through the series of debates, teammate will establish the brand new structure of the project. It is benefit for everyone to clarify the final goal and achieve this goal. Second, the different views can bring abundant of fresh air to the team, everybody can acquire the fair opportunity to join the team’s discussion, this way will build the sense of accomplishment, then the group cohesiveness will increase too. Third ,people holding different views can be easier to compare with each other, to find out what is the better view in the appointed topic. Brain storm is the better way for teammate cultivate their spirit of creativity and logical thinking. The one who has stiff mind can through these way to practice how to handle things with flexible mind. Progress will happen to everybody.
A team is really need sparks, but one person cannot make it shining. Although holding different views can bring out several problems like, quarreling with one thing that will finally break up the relationship between other teammates and make the low efficiency on one project ,intelligence is limited resource, everyone’s characteristics is different. So we must use maximum of recourse to do our maximum business. It just called efficiency. Then We all have some defection but communicating with each other make us correct something wrong . Especially, In the company, we need to hear different voice to help us enlarge our thinking area and increasing the ability of criticism. According to all analysis above I think people holding different views can achieve success as a team.
