follow 的意思是明白
catch 的意思是遇见或者找你说话,比如i'll catch you later意思是i'll talk to you later.
有时候也可以有“跟上”的意思,比如slow down,I can't catch you:你说的太快了我跟不上.可能是一个人说的太快了,另一个人打字不够快无法及时记录
差别还是挺大的,前者的目的是追上或抓住,后者是保持一定距离尾随
