(1)by后面不需要逗号.另外我觉得你下面三段已经陈述了听力的三个论点,第一段不妨就简洁一些.
（3）个人觉得On the contrary一句单独成句好一些,虽然这样没有错.
（4）based之后要单独成段
每段一定都得写听力分论点、阅读分论点和听力中的细节,尤其是听力的细节,一定要尽量地把听到的东西如实的反映出来!如果听力细节没有听清,那么有一个原则可以遵循,就是听力一定和阅读的论点相反,在此基础上描述清你听懂的细节.你的模板逻辑比较清晰,尽量在写作的时候也保持这样清晰的逻辑,这样起码告诉rator你听懂了大部分内容只不过错过一点细节.
几点建议：
看得出来,你是比较用心地写这个模板.
但是也请不要太拘泥模板,至少如果你不能活用你的模板的话,那么就好好拓展一下自己的思路,然后按照5分的标准好好把它下来吧,如果你有话说的话,应该不怕凑不满字数的是吧.我是小作文从OG范文里提炼了几个句子,大作文就固定了首尾段.
另外,2）3）4）的状语也最好简洁一些,这些大家都会照搬地东西是不会帮你得高分的,还是好好对照评分标准练习一下比较好.
一点意见,仅供参考,：）

我觉得这个模板很好了，因为简洁明了就OK，这不是托福要考察的主要部分啊，他主要在考察你能不能听清主次关系，听明白内容，对吧。
关于后面这个问题，把你听到的东西尽可能多滴都写上，当然最好是在听的时候就记下主次关系，主论点分论点和细节。细节记得住就写，记不住当然也没办法。这些不用担心啦楼主，尽最大努力去练习啊~

我觉得这个模板很好了，因为简洁明了就OK，这不是托福要考察的主要部分啊，他主要在考察你能不能听清主次关系，听明白内容，对吧。
