加工中心是一种带有刀库并能自动更换刀具,对工件能够在一定的范围内进行多种加工操作的机床.本课题研究了立式加工中心国内外发展的现状,分析比较了相同类型机床的结构,着眼于本课题设计的参数及其工作状态的紧密结合.首先对加工中心进行了总体设计,随后对主轴传动方式及主轴组件进行了设计,并且对Z轴进给系统中的滚珠丝杠、轴承、伺服电机等进行了选型计算及校核,最后对刀库系统进行了结构设计和换刀时间校核等.设计结果表明本次设计基本达到工程设计的要求,具有一定的实用价值.

CNC is such a machine tool that contains a kind of cutter with magazine tool which can change automatically,can operate varoius manufacturingOperations in a certain range.This topic researches the developing current situation of VMC at home and abroad,analyses and compares the structure with same type of machine types,with a view to this topic which designs the close integration of the parameters and working state.Firstly,it conducts overall design for the CNC,then,it designs for the principal axis driving method and principal axis assembly,and conducts the lectotype calculation and check for the ball-screw,bearing,servo motor in the Z axis feed system,finally,it conducts the structure design and tool changing time check for the magazine tool system.The disigning result shows this design reaches the requirements of engineering design,has a definite practical value.

CNC is a kind of machine tool with a tool changer which can automaticly change the cutter and neatly process operate the tools in a certain extent. Based on a planned and tightly bound data and it's working condition, this reserch project explored the developing actuality of VMC in and abroad and analysed and compared the machine tools of the same types. 此处省略一万字。不好翻译，才五分，睡一觉再说。

Machining centrer is a kind of machine that which has its own knives library and can change the knife automatically. It can do many types of operation to the workpiece under certain condition. This project investigates the development of vertical machining centers in our country and overseas, compares the structure of the similar machining centers, focus on the tight combining of design parameters of this project and the working status of the machine. Firstly, we design for the whole machining center. Then, we design the driving model and components of the principal axis. And for the leading screw of ball bearing, axletree, servo motor, we do the calculating of model selecting and validating. At last, for the knives library, we design the structure and the validate the time of changing knife. The results show that this design almost achieves the requirements of the engineering design and have some practicality value.
