之前根据大家的反馈得知在六楼晚上有老鼠出没，五楼则是蟑螂比较多，我们之前找了两家供应商，进行过几次灭杀，效果均不理想。这次与我们合作的是第三家，他们到目前为止在五楼与六楼同时进行了四次灭鼠与灭蟑螂的操作。
·灭鼠：每周一次更换灭鼠的诱饵，在天花板上放置多处捕鼠架，同时我们配合清空了货架。根据捕鼠师傅以往经验，老鼠在食用了鼠药之后会死在下水道等水源附近，个别老鼠因发作较快会死在寻找水源的途中。目前根据六楼部分同事反馈，基本已经不见老鼠行踪，在天花板上捕鼠师傅已经找到两只老鼠尸体。预计再进行一个月的灭杀后，老鼠会得到有效的控制。
·灭蟑螂：每周一次撒药，撒药位置为桌子缝隙，墙角，柜角等角落。同时我们在办公室多处位置放置了蟑螂屋，诱捕蟑螂。询问过部分五楼同事，普遍反映蟑螂的情况比以前好很多。

About the extermination of cockroaches and mice
As you know,we've suffered a lots about the roaches and mice for a while.I'm pleased to let you know that the situation now is getting improved by intensive extermination in last one month.Here's to share you the status of the extermination.
A lot of mice and roaches were found on 6/F and 5/F respectively in evening as staff’s feedbacks.We have cooperated with 2 vendors in earlier time but worked ineffectively.This is the 3rd one who have exterminated 4 times in 5/F and 6/F so far.
Extermination of mice:
We changed the mouse baits weekly,placed the rat traps on the ceiling,clean up all the shelves.The experience of the exterminators tells that the mouse taken pesticide would die near the water source.Some of them will even die on the way.It is said by the staff 6/F that no mouse was found on 6F and 2 bodies lied on the ceiling.It’s estimated that the situation would be under control following extermination one more month.
Extermination of roaches:
Use pesticide in the aperture of the desks,the corner of the walls and the cabinets on weekly basis.Meanwhile,we set the roach’s house in a lot of place in the office to bait and capture the roaches.The situation has been significantly improved based on the feedbacks from 5/F.
