Mr. Clean = (US, informal) a man, especially a politician, who is considered to be very honest and good: The deal destroyed his image as Mr. Clean.
Peeping Tom = (disapproving) a person who likes to watch people secretly when they are taking off their clothes
Mr Right = appropriate man, man who is suitable
Tom, Dick and Harry = every person, anyone
"Tom, Dick and Harry" is a placeholder phrase referring to several randomly-selected people, not necessarily three and not necessarily all men. "Every Tom, Dick and Harry" can refer to the general public.
The expression appears in cartoons of the 1930s and 1940s, much of whose humor dates to at least the vaudeville era.
