Beacuse the number of damaged parts of Q zone increases greatly than the number sent to the A zone,Q zone are full of the damaged parts,so that the turnover rate keeps below,and the damaged parts take up the rest of the warehouse.

Due to the quantity of daily damaged parts greatly exceeds that of parts dispatched to Area A, Area Q often has out-of-store situations. Small turn-over rate of damaged parts leads to the situation where excessive damaged parts take up the rest space of warehouse.

Due to the number of damaged parts greatly exceeded the quantity which were sent to A district everyday, Q zone often appeared blasting warehouse,and the turnaround rate of broken pieces is lower that caused broken pieces will occupy other space of the warehouse.
