Nine colour model (NCM).The H component
has some exceptional points in close to the V component,
which RGB minor changes will cause larger changes in
the H component.The capacity to distinguish colour of H
and S components is smaller when the brightness near the
white or black areas.To avoid the shortcoming of HSV
colour space,we inducted a new colour space to access
seed colour,i.e.,nine colour model.Given the transformed
h and s in Eqs.,the transformation to
NCM can be achieved by the following equations
where the value of nh is 1 to 9,which represents black,
white,red,orange,yellow,green,cyan,blue and magenta,
